An extraordinary Plenum meeting of the Lerik District Committee of the Republican Committee of the Trade Union of State Institutions and Public Service Workers of Azerbaijan (ADİİXİ Hİ) has been held. The meeting was attended by responsible committee officials, sector representatives, and trade union activists.

During the Plenum, comprehensive discussions were held regarding the strengthening of the regional committee's activities, the optimization of management mechanisms, and upcoming strategic goals. The main agenda focused on increasing the efficiency of the trade union movement in the Lerik district and regulating organizational issues in accordance with charter requirements. Participants put forward their opinions and suggestions regarding the protection of members' rights at the local level and the implementation of social projects.

At the conclusion of the discussions, relevant decisions were adopted to ensure the future work of the committee is organized more flexibly and efficiently. Furthermore, within the framework of organizational matters, an election for the position of Chairman of the Lerik District Committee was conducted. In accordance with the charter, Rail Mammadov was unanimously elected as the new Chairman of the Lerik District Committee by open vote.
