The primary objective of the Republican Union of Azerbaijan State Institutions and Public Service Workers Trade Unions is to protect the labor rights and improve the financial and social well-being of workers employed in state institutions, public legal entities established by the state, municipalities, public services, sector-specific educational institutions, non-governmental organizations, civil service and its specialized forms, as well as civilian personnel and officers with special ranks in law enforcement agencies, and employees working in similar fields who are members of the union.
