About UsThe Republican Union of Azerbaijan State Institutions and Public Service Workers Trade Unions is a republican coalition of trade union organizations established by workplace, profession, and sector to protect the labor, social, and economic rights and legitimate interests of its members. It is an independent, non-political public organization operating on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Trade Unions" and this Statute.

The Azerbaijan State Institutions and Public Service Workers Trade Union was established on June 23, 1920. It unites civil servants, civilian employees working in law enforcement and defense systems, and workers in the public service sector (including employees of various banks, institutions, and service fields).
The Committee encompasses 1,412 trade union organizations, including 17 merged trade unions, 76 district and city committees, and 46 primary trade union committees, counting a total of 102,422 members.
The supreme governing body of the Republican Union is the Congress. During the inter-congress period, the leadership of the trade union is exercised by the Assembly and the Executive Committee.
