Hears the report on the activities of the Assembly and the auditing commission of the Republican Union, and defines the strategy and tasks of the trade union for a specific period.
Supreme governing body
Organizes the implementation of the Statute and the decisions of the trade union congress, directs the activities of the trade union organizations that are members of the Republican Union, and provides them with assistance and support.
Elected collegial body
Ensures the execution of the decisions of the Congress, the Assembly, sector-specific agreements, and its own resolutions; carries out joint cooperation with state and other bodies on behalf of the Republican Union.
Elected executive collegial body
Exercises control over the financial activities of the Republican Union of Azerbaijan State Institutions and Public Service Workers Trade Unions, prepares reports on financial activities, and submits them to the Assembly and the Congress.

The Republican Union of Azerbaijan State Institutions and Public Service Workers Trade Unions has 5 permanent public commissions.
The commission monitors compliance with technical safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at workplaces and implements preventive measures to avert occupational risks. Our main goal is to cultivate a safe working environment for every employee.
Operates with the aim of strengthening team spirit within the collective and organizing the leisure time of employees efficiently. The commission organizes various cultural, educational, and entertaining projects, as well as events related to state holidays and historical days.
Works towards preserving gender equality in the workplace, protecting the rights of female employees, and increasing their role in management. The commission supports the professional development of women and prevents any cases of discrimination.
Functions to accelerate the adaptation process of young employees working in the institution, support their innovative ideas, and develop their leadership qualities. It ensures the active participation of youth in management and social projects.
Ensures the compliance of the internal operations of the administration and the adopted decisions with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The legal enlightenment of employees, protection of labor rights, and prompt resolution of emerging legal queries are the primary duties of this commission.
